Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g.
https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is:
I ran this command: NIL
It produced this output: NIL
My web server is (include version):
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: bigrock .com
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
The version of my client is (e.g. output of

I have no idea about how to install the SSL certificate as I am not a technical person. Can you please help me how can i do so. I already tried YouTube but nothing happened.
do you have root access or is it a shared hosting? Shared hosting -> limited options.
Start with some basics:
If you have root access, select a client.
Last updated: Nov 24, 2021 | See all Documentation Let’s Encrypt uses the ACME protocol to verify that you control a given domain name and to issue you a certificate. To get a Let’s Encrypt certificate, you’ll need to choose a piece...
If not, check, if your hoster has an integrated solution.
PS: Checking your domain you have already a certificate -
There is a cPanel certificate.
expires in 73 days cpanel.webhostingreviewsx.co.uk,
www.webhostingreviewsx.co.uk - 6 entries
And your cPanel port uses that certificate.
Two small things:
there are some mixed content warnings, fix these
Add a redirect http -> https in your cPanel, so users with http are redirected to https
But first fix your mixed content (http resource links).
PS: If you have a working cPanel, you don’t need an own client.
I have shared hosting from bigrock and I am thinking to change it.
Do i have certificate?
If i have certificate then how can i install it correctly because chrome browser never show it as secure website. I am not a technical person so i need to read everything that you have sent here. PFA
a http connection. Add
http is never secure.
That's the missing redirect http -> https.
I contact with my host in this regards and they are saying different statement than you. By the way, thanks and I will back here after a while
