Host Could Not be Resolved (Resolved)

Hi. I am having trouble running Let’s Encrypt. I have been using the certs & service fine for almost a year. I am using Docker via DockStarter.com with NextCloud. Both Let’s Encrypt & NextCloud are from LinuxServer.io. Today I updated the containers and I could no longer log in to NextCloud locally or remote. I am at a loss and have spent 5 hours on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have this error in Let’s Encrypt nginx log:
[error] 387#387: 12 nextcloud could not be resolved (3: Host not found), client: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, server: subdomain., request: “GET / HTTP/1.1”, host: “subdomain.domain.com”, referrer: “https://subdomain.domain.com

Edit: I feel like a dummy. I checked the letsencrypt logs and one of the subdomains was incorrectly setup in my DNS server. Once I fixed that everything worked.
