Help with a certificvate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:monitor.grignardpure.com

I have an ssl cert from your group. It is expiring and I am told that although its been renewed I need a new one for my server. How do I get that?

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Looks ok to me. See https://decoder.link/sslchecker/monitor.grignardpure.com/443

Can you explain more what the problem is?

I'm having some work done to the server an Upgrade and they are telling me that the cert they have expires tomorrow and we need a new one. How do I generate a new one?

As shown by that link I provided, a request to that domain name sends a cert that was issued on Dec16 and expires Mar16 of 2022. Can't you just use that one?

I do not see any cert in your history for that domain name that expires tomorrow. Is there a different domain name for the server being upgraded?

See your history: crt.sh | monitor.grignardpure.com

Note the cert from ZeroSSL that was issued on Dec21 is not being sent by your server.
