Getting certificate about to expire from Let's

My domain is: sunyulstercs.net

I renewed my certificate on 11/1.

I just got a notice from Let's encrypt (11/8) that the certificate would expire in 9 days.

When I examime the certificate with my browser I see the following:

Why is there this confusion?
