I got certificate expiration notice even though domain not about to expiry

I just got email from letsencrypt.org:
Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice for domain "aspnetawesome.com"
saying: Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in 10 days

but when I look through Google Chrome I see the certificate:
Issued to: aspnetawesome.com
Issued by: R3
Valid from 1/15/2022 to 4/15/2022

is it possible that this notification is for the letsencrypt certificate that I had before renewing it on 15 january, or is it possible that my certificate will actually expire in 10 days

Yes. I think it's referring to this certificate expiring on Feb 13 an not this one expiring on Apr 15.

You got the email because the domain names are different.

the difference that I see is:
X509v3 Subject Alternative Name:
DNS:aspnetawesome.com
DNS:www.aspnetawesome.com

X509v3 Subject Alternative Name:
DNS:*.aspnetawesome.com
DNS:aspnetawesome.com
is this what you are referring to as different domain names ?
