Get my previouse certificate

How did I get my previous Let's Encrypt certificate?
because I generate certificates more than 5 times.
And after this, I reinstall my VPS
then I got this error:

My domain is: prod.wikibedtimestories.com

It produced this output:
An unexpected error occurred:
There were too many requests of a given type:: Error creating new order:: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours: prod.wikibedtimestories.com: see Rate Limits - Let's Encrypt

We have no idea. You get a certificate by using a piece of software called "acme client" (mainly, certbot).

You have to find out where this software is running and with what options. (It's probably on your webserver but can be elsewhere)

Why? This sounds like you were doing testing in the production environment, which is what the staging environment is for.

The certificate is public information, and can be retrieved from the CT logs--see, e.g., https://crt.sh. But unless you stored a backup of the corresponding private key, the cert won't be useful to you.
