Expired Certificate, Run AutoSSL not workng

Hi 3 of our websites has expired certificates, they mostly expired last May 2024. Run AutoSSL does not work. Nothing happens when I click the Run AutoSSL button (ie it does not renew them) Is there a way for me to renew my SSL? My provider is suggesting that we just go for a paid ssl version.

My domain is:servi-lux.com

I ran this command: NONE

It produced this output: N/A

My web server is (include version): NS1.WEB.COM.PH

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux, 110.0.34| PHP version: 8.1.28

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: WEB.COM.PH

I can login to a root shell on my machine I don't know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site Yes

The version of my client is NA

From them, I recon! Of course they would say that.. Damn..

Probably. But we'd need more information, like logs. Because we volunteers require information from the user as we cannot dive into logs from Let's Encrypt (and the Let's Encrypt ops don't have time to do that).

Chances are there's not very much you can do about any issue if you're on shared hosting. Your hosting provider should help you better instead of trying to take your money without a good reason. Consider changing hosting provider.
