Hello, I have a problem that I can’t solve.

My domain is:

I ran this command:
sudo certbot --apache

It produced this output:

Hi @AidenOfficial

if you have a bitnami, you can't use the --apache - plugin.

Use --webroot and find the webroot of your bitnami configuration.

And you may need certonly.

sudo certbot -a webroot certonly -w yourBitnamiWebroot -d aidenwong.com

Bitnami requires additional steps to install the certificate. Certbot can't do that.

Hi @AidenOfficial,

Welcome to the community forum!

You can follow the Bitnami instructions for their native way of requesting a Let’s Encrypt certificate. https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/how-to/generate-install-lets-encrypt-ssl/
