Error renovating SSL

Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

You need a working domain name before you can get a certificate. It looks like the delegation to your authoritative DNS servers doesn't agree with what they say when queried, and some of the servers aren't responding at all. Make sure that your registrar has your intended DNS servers configured, and that those DNS servers are set up correctly for your domain.
