Error Install letsencrypt in cpanel

Hello I try to install letsencrypt in centos with cpanel but when executing the second code it shows me an error.

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/ && wget https://letsencrypt-for-cpanel.com/static/letsencrypt.rep

yum -y install letsencrypt-cpanel
