Sometimes (as this one) 99% info are not related to the error. We are having the same error or similar using very different domains, commands, operating systems, hosting, etc.

I tried 2 different servers, i guess problem with fastpanel

I tried with poste.io, https-portal and certbot in aws and google cloud... The problem is not in my side.
