Error creating new certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hi @salveankita

there is no ip address (A- or AAAA-record) defined (via https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=webmail.tradethon.com ):

Host T IP-Address is auth. ∑ Queries ∑ Timeout
webmail.tradethon.com Name Error yes 1 0
www.webmail.tradethon.com Name Error yes 1 0

Your Plesk uses http-01 - validation, so you need a running webserver with that domain name.

Your main domain is ok:

CN=tradethon.com
	13.03.2019
	11.06.2019
expires in 90 days	tradethon.com, www.tradethon.com - 2 entries

Perhaps add an additional webserver / vHost (I don't use Plesk), so that webmail... answers.
