Error code 403 in cPanel

Hello,

I can't add a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate on a new list item in cPanel. The following error appears:

There was a problem processing your request

• Error issuing certificate
• Failed to issue certificate
• Updating challenge for velor.nl: acme: error code 403 "urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized": 2a05:d018:964:c0a:a58f:6b32:e401:3d8a: Invalid response from http://velor.nl/.well-known/acme-challenge/aP39rFLcdCNWChhL6AnH7NNvfLnvlnh3u0I0z43wRaM: 404 (order URL: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/order/846885407/148645989027)

Does somebody has any clue?

Your domain's A (IPv4) address points to a DigitalOcean server, whereas its AAAA (IPv6) address points to an AWS server.

You should fix this so both addresses point to the same server, or remove the incorrect address.
