DV SAN cert is stuck for sometime now

Logs on Akamai CPS shows this:

ERROR com.akamai.cps.work_elements.le.LeRetrieveCertificateActionBean - LeErrorReport(statusCode=403, type=urn:ietf:params:acme:error:orderNotReady, detail=Order's status ("invalid") is not acceptable for finalization)

Can you tell us if the job is still running or something else is happening?

Does that name ("cert00002-azureCDN.akamaized.net") imply that there is a MITM?
[Or do you work for the MITM (Microsoft-In-The-Middle) - LOL]

Well then, I think they may already have a cert that covers all the names handled by that CDN node:
crt.sh | cert00002-azurecdn.akamaized.net
