A few months ago, I had ubuntu on my vps and got LetsEncrypt ssl easily for running BBB on my subdomain (live.sadatsch.ir).
Since I had to do some changes to my dedicated server, I deleted ubuntu and installed Windows Server 2019 (Build 17763) instead. I installed IIS and ran ftp service for live.sadatsch.ir, but when I try to set Letsencrypt ssl by win-acme.exe, I face an error that relates to dns (attached picture).
My domain is:
live.sadatsch.ir
I ran this file:
last version of .exe file win-acme.v2.1.15.1008.x64.pluggable
It produced this output:
Target generated using plugin IIS: live.sadatsch.ir
[live.sadatch.ir] Authorizing...
[live.sadatch.ir] Authorizing using http-01 validation (SelfHosting)
[live.sadatch.ir] Authorization result: invalid
[live.sadatch.ir] {
"type": "urn:ietf:params:acme:error:dns",
"detail": "DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for live.sadatch.ir - check that a DNS record exists for this domain",
"status": 400
}
My web server is:

The operating system my web server runs on is:
windows server 2019 - Build 17763
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
