I have the same isues (also CentOS 7.9.2009). Is there a solution or can you see a IP block?

Do you also have it in the Plesk interface? My guess is leaning more towards a Plesk issue as requests that are initiated automatically succeed as expected.

145.131.24.23, 145.131.24.150, 145.131.31.53, 145.131.4.106

It's in the Plesk environment. It has worked until a few days ago.
