Plesk and could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS due cURL error 35

Hello.

I am with a issue in one plesk server. When I try to generate a let's encrypt certificate plesk returns that error message:

Error: Could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for clientes1.servidoresbrasil.com .

Failed to connect to the Let's Encrypt server https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org .
Please try again later or report the issue to support.
Details

Could not obtain directory: cURL error 35: Encountered end of file (see libcurl - Error Codes)

Any idea of the reason? I use that in others severs and works fine.

Hi @audiobras, welcome to the LE community forum :slight_smile:

One possibility is that IP might be blocked by LE.
Please post the IP here for their review.

Possibly:

Name:    clientes1.servidoresbrasil.com
Address: 135.148.33.97

@lestaff please review.

We had blocked this IP address as a DDoS mitigation. It's now unblocked. If you've been using this IP address for more than a few months, then it's very likely that your system is compromised, so please investigate that thoroughly. Thanks!

Thanks. I've been using it for less than a month. Probably the compromised system was from the previous user. Is there any way we can check these types of blocks publicly?

No, the list isn’t public, but we’re working on automatically expiring blocks after a few days.
