Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate in Plesk

Have created a new site in Plesk on a temp domain but cannot get the SSL to issue, keep getting the following error, although we already have one site that has a valid certificate on this IP

Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for sad-cray.10-1-0-4.plesk.page
Details

Could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for sad-cray.10-1-0-4.plesk.page . Authorization for the domain failed.

Details

Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/52262046490.

Details:

Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:dns

Status: 400

Detail: No valid IP addresses found for sad-cray.10-1-0-4.plesk.page

That hostname resolves to the IP address 10.1.0.4 which cannot be used for the http-01 or tls-alpn-01 challenges. If you're using a private IP address, you can only use the dns-01 challenge to validate the hostname.

"How would I do that in Plesk", you might ask? No idea..

Why are you using IP 10.1.0.4?
[even if you get a cert, no one (on the Internet) will be able to reach that IP]

Do you plan on serving any Internet clients?

What is the purpose of the cert?
