Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Hello. My certificate for the domain zeesearch.com.au is due to expire on 24 June 2024.
A message in Cpanel of the domain tells me to contact my SSL provider, LetsEncryp to request a certificate renewal.
How can I make this request ?

Welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community, @4MrKen! :slightly_smiling_face:

How did you acquire the certificate in the first place? AutoSSL in cPanel? Let's Encrypt is an automated certificate authority, so you need to use an ACME client (e.g. AutoSSL, CertSage) to acquire a new certificate from Let's Encrypt. Note that a renewal certificate is just a new certificate covering the same domain names.
