Certificate EMail Issue

Hi Guys,

i recently moved my site to a new physical host so i had the certificate up and running.

in the process of generating a certificate you have to type your mail address and here is my problem.
If i give my usual mail adress the process will fail and i wont get a cert if i give any other mail it works and i get a cert.

any idea why this happens ?

What process is that? What software are you using, and what message do you see when the process succeeds or fails?

Nevermind guys somehow fixed it dont know how but now it works…
