Certbot fails fetching

My domain is: swisspice.ch

I ran this command: certbot --nginx

It produced this output:
Domain: www.swisspice.ch
Type: connection
Detail: 77.56.160.113: Fetching http://www.swisspice.ch/.well-known/acme-challenge/I-j0iOZsr0YgZVKQ5vpxOMSEcR5S9Al__ikieDv1uaQ: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)

My web server is (include version): nginx/1.14.2

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): certbot 1.32.2

Do you have some kind of aggressive firewall or WAF or anti-DoS feature on your router/modem?

Your server seems to be blocking Let's Encrypt and Let's Debug, but not my laptop.

Thank you for your quick answer. It was a geo-blocking Feature from Ubiquity.
Thanks a lot
