Maybe somebody can package the tools in an MSI installer with an installshield setup script that handle the mess
Manual setups are why nobody uses them

Certify The Web has both an installer and a GUI which seems like it might be more your speed.

Thanks, this tool should be linked to on the homepage along with Linux and other operating systems
While I have used Linux command line for eons and BSD before that, not everyone is familiar with the universe by any stretch.
