Can't certificate SSL on iPhone

Your system is still presenting the wrong cert.

Is it better like that?

Yes, now you're sending the correct certs both on 443 and on 5001.

Ok. Bur it still doesn’t work !
(I though I could have different certificate for system and for the apps (like "Drice or DS file).

Port 5001 is correct, there is the new letsencrypt-certificate.

Https + Port 5000 is wrong.

But http + 5000 -> https + 5001 - works.

It works for me:

So we are progressing. It works with that address but it did’t work when I use the button on Drive app on Mac. (this is what I was referring when I said it didn’t work)

I tried a few minutes later and now it is working ! :slight_smile: :slight_smile:
Thank you very much, guys!

This is why it's important to be specific. "It doesn't work" is very unlikely to be a helpful comment--much more helpful to say specifically what you were trying to do and exactly what happened when you did. Especially since the thread title is about the cert not working on an iPhone.

Hi Dan,
You’re right. Sorry about that.
For the title, it still doesn’t work.
I explain;
If I don’t ask iPhone to verify certificate it works, but if I ask to verify it it shows that window:

This happen when I want to open Drive and DS file on iPhone.
So this why the title is about iPhone.

Hi,

The iPhone error is occuring most likely due to the fact you are using internal IP address instead of the domain name. (Hense the IP hostname doesn’t match the one on the certificate)

Change the connection to domain name (the Synology one) should make it works.

Thank you
