Can I use let's encrypt on my website to host iOS apps?

I’m new to Let’s Encrypt community and I’ve always thought that the internet needed this service, I’ve looked around and found that some users have reported some issues with Safari.

I’m an iOS developper and I’m using an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to distribute my iOS apps in-house only, Apple allows me to share my iOS Apps as files through iTunes, and also through a link which requires a fully qualified HTTPS URL. I have a subscription to paid service (COMODO) but since let’s encrypt is free I’m thinking about not renewing my subscription.

I want to know if any users have tried distributing Apple Developer Enterprise Program Apps using let’s encrypt certificates ?

As long as iOS has the DST root cert installed, there should be no reason you can’t use Let’s Encrypt for your SSL.
