On which page is that link actually written?
Sorry, the source page is:
Opened an issue on the Certbot website Github repo: Linkrot: uninstall documentation link destination gone · Issue #772 · certbot/website · GitHub
However, expectation management: don't get your hopes up for it to be fixed soon. The sites code isn't public any longer, so no Community effort can be made to fix things and there are currently 94 open issues with the most recently closed issue from January this year. So about 8 months of inactivity.
Well that's not encouraging. Just curious why that is? Seems like it would be a way for some of us to contribute. I CAN fix links, proofread. What I can't do is contribute any meaningful tech to the project.
I don't know exactly, it was public once, but it was decided to internalise the repo and make it private. One can only guess why, I guess.
The site was migrated to a CMS and at the moment it takes a little while to make changes, because the Certbot team is not able to directly make modifications.
Soon there will be editor access and these issues can be addressed more quickly.
