I want to install certbot on Window, but link is dead

Link for Windows repo is dead:
https://github.com/certbot/certbot/releases/download/v4.0.0/certbot-beta-installer-win_amd64_signed.exe

Since I see other issues reported and ignored, is there an alternative method to do that on my Windows 10?

Certbot has discontinued support for Windows as of February 2024. You can find alternatives listed on our community announcement here

before the very first step. The issue with the page is known and reported, but EFF can't or wouldn't remove the Windows guide altogether for some reason.
