@Bruce5051 The website repository would be a better place, but I've also pinged some of the Certbot team on the EFF Mattermost Certbot channel.
Edit: not sure about "better" though.. The website repository would make more sense, but I'm not sure how often/fast issues there are "seen".

I created an issue in the website repo but later found another issue with the same one dated April. Does this mean that the Certbot website has been down since April?
No, it has not been down since April. Perhaps the same error message has resurfaced, probably due to some other issue internally, perhaps the same issue again, I dunno.

That was https://certbot.eff.org/, but it seems to be working again currently.
