Tried requesting a certificate for partnersupport.roomkey.com but we received a “Policy forbids issuing for name” error. Is there anything that can be done about this?
Can you paste the exact error please ? could it be that you have included http or anything in the domain name ?

Very odd! I don’t see any immediate reason why this particular name would have been blacklisted. Could you provide some additional information?
- What ACME client were you using?
- Was this the only domain name being requested for the certificate or were there additional names?
- What was the output at the time of the error? (provide as much verbose logging as possible please!)
