GoDaddy is unable to help me locate or enable the auto-SSL feature. Did you have success with this? I was given below instructions but unable to locate the “Manage Users” tab in cPanel. Your help is appreciated.

If they don’t provide auto-SSL, you might check the following article:

Please note that you are not limited to certbot, and might consider alternative clients if certbot for some reason does not seem to work for you. See - https://letsencrypt.org/docs/client-options/
