Hi,

Please try to add the prospective server IP address to the hostname[users.uptoconcept.com]

The hostname must be resolvable in order for let’s encrypt to produce domain validation.

ok thx, added A-Record on domains DNS-only-hosting to destination-server, now working fine :slight_smile:
