The IPs of the LE validation servers aren’t published because they can change. You’ll need to make sure to allow incoming traffic from any IP to that URL. If you cannot do this, you will need to use a different method, like DNS verification.

Also, make sure that if you have an IPv6 address for your website, the server is responding and showing content over it. If it is not, then you will fail validation.
