I ran this command: plesk extension

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

I create /.well-known/acme-challenge/test.txt folder which is accessible. but when I try to install certificate from plesk panel it throws the above error.

please help me. I have a very urgent requirement to configure ssl for my website.

looks like your webserver is not configured properly and is not returning the file needed

you can see that nothing is returned

you have two choices

a) fix tomcat http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3282867/how-to-set-default-mime-tipe-for-any-file-extension-in-tomcat-6
b) use a DNS challenge instead
