Error: Let's Encrypt SSL certificate installation failed: Challenge marked as invalid. Details: Invalid response from

My domain is: webuysell.co.uk

I ran this command: try to install let’s Encrypt Ext, on Plesk

It produced this output: (Error: Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate installation failed: Challenge marked as invalid. Details: Invalid response from http://webuysell.co.uk/.well-known/acme-challenge/emRgmMEF1fhN7uzl3FnSeo7MaCX1cOc-qRKX-6oRyJo: "<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd”>
<html xmlns=“http” )

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): windows server 2012 R2 datacenter

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes i can

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): plesk control panel.

so basically i would like to install SSL certificate, but always that error coming up, i looked few places but couldn’t find the right answer. or may be i’m not best in searching.

I’m new to plesk so don’t know where i’m missing, hoping someone will share their knowledge.

Many Thanks

Hi @mahipundi

Search Plesk on this forum.

There is a post about how to deal with questions around the Plesk extension.
