'A' cert but no lock symbol on Firefox browser

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: media.nicoll.ac.nz

I ran this command: sudo certbot --apache

It produced this output: successful issue of certificate and certificate tested by SSL Labs report

My web server is (include version): ubuntu server 20.4

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): ubuntu 20.4

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Spark NZ is ISP but I think I have full control over my domain name via ISP login control panel

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): see above

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): 0.40.0

I’m getting a secure Ampache installation wizard. Seems to me there’s nothing wrong.

Yes I’ve just got that now too! I made a mistake when I got the certificate because the server’s time was UTC instead of Pacific/Auckland. I changed it at the time and the problem was there about 12 hours later but I suppose the certificate takes a while longer to ‘circulate’?
Sorry for bothering you.
