Green Secured Lock Turns red on Page Load

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:
ultraguard.com.au

I ran this command:
sudo certbot-auto --apache -d ultraguard.com.au

It produced this output:
Green Cert lock turns red on page load and I don’t know why

My web server is (include version):
Apache2

Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
Server built: 2018-04-18T14:53:04

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
Ubuntu 16.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
AWS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
No, just bash

Hi @saibottrenham,

Which web browser are you using? Can you click on the lock to get more information about the security problems your browser has identified?

Did you navigate to https://ultraguard.com.au/ and not https://www.ultraguard.com.au/?
