Your connection is not privare

I cannot visit many website. But after installed ISRG Root X1, it is fine now. But there are some well known website like that i still cannot visit. But i can visit very same website using my friend's data network connected to my phone using hotspot. Im using andorid 6/7.

It is possible there are other SSL settings on those websites that your very old device cannot handle (like ciphers).

Can you give example of one that fails?

Try using a proxy.
