Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is: https://www.habariportal.com/
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Webhost Germany
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Plesk
I have no information to the above required information. I am on shared hosting and started using Let's Encrypt a couple of months back. I have just received an email warning:
Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in 6 days (on 2024-09-23). Please make sure to renew your certificate before then, or visitors to your web site will encounter errors.
We recommend renewing certificates automatically when they have a third of their total lifetime left. For Let's Encrypt's current 90-day certificates, that means renewing 30 days before expiration.
In my shared hosting admin panel under " SSL/TLS-Zertifikat" settings, I do not see where I can do an immediate renewal BUT there is this information in German
"Gültig bis 22. November 2024, Wird automatisch verlängert"
meaning
Valid up to 22nd November. Will be AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED or extended
What is it talking about? What is expiring in 6 days, then and what will happen on 22 November?
What exactly can I do so the errors being warned about do not come up?
That domain has an attached subdomain, aspectusafrica.habariportal.com
I would be grateful for any guidance.
Thank you in advance
