Hello. You can try selling Let's Encrypt certificates (which are free), but I don't think it would be a very lucrative business:
- Many hosting providers provide LE certificates for their customers for free as it is
- Certificates are valid only for 90 days—ideally requires automated issuance/renewal

As noted, Let's Encrypt certificates are free, so you can't get much cheaper than that. But they're free to everyone, not just to you, so you might not find much of a customer base.
Also, if any of your prospective customer base were to find this forum, they'd find pretty vocal opposition to your business model, in that you're charging for something that's already free. At best that seems like poor business; at worst it could be viewed as dishonest.
