Why do you want to know and how is this related to Let’s Encrypt?

because you need to pick from a list of operating system options and there are multiple versions of debian and unbutu in order to get the instructions on how to install a certbot.

Godaddy does not support LetsEncrypt in any way but i do have SSH access

Do you have root SSH access? I.e., is your hosting plan a virtual server of something like that?

It could be that root access isn’t 100 % necessary to succesfully get a certificate for your GoDaddy hosting plan, but we need to know on how to advice you further.

As far as I can tell from https://godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting GoDaddy only offers shared hosting? And it lists “CloudLinux” as the operating system, as far as I can tell.

If you’re on GoDaddy shared webhosting, you might be interested in the following guide: https://tryingtobeawesome.com/encryptdaddy/ It provides fully automated issuance and renewing of certificates even without root access!

The full name of the plan is Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel i dont know if its full root access or not is there any way to check that?

That’s a shared hosting plan and those come without root access. I would advice you to check the guide I linked in my previous post to get a Let’s Encrypt certificate on GoDaddy shared hosting with cPanel.
