Godaddy does not support LetsEncrypt in any way but i do have SSH access
Do you have root SSH access? I.e., is your hosting plan a virtual server of something like that?
It could be that root access isn’t 100 % necessary to succesfully get a certificate for your GoDaddy hosting plan, but we need to know on how to advice you further.
As far as I can tell from https://godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting GoDaddy only offers shared hosting? And it lists “CloudLinux” as the operating system, as far as I can tell.

That’s a shared hosting plan and those come without root access. I would advice you to check the guide I linked in my previous post to get a Let’s Encrypt certificate on GoDaddy shared hosting with cPanel.
