I am running this small website and it is hooked up to Let’s Encrypt. Now the thing is I am also using Cloudflare. So do I need to enable SSL there also? Or It will cause a conflict.

yes, enable SSL. There is no problem, a lot of users use Letsencrypt local and Cloudflare global.

PS: Checked your domain you use already Cloudflare - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=silicophilic.com

Looks like there is no critical problem.
