Hi @Potential2
I’ve moved your question to a new topic, makes things easier.
Checking your website there is a wrong configuration visible ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=potential-company.de ):
Your certificate is new, but has only the non-www version:
CN=potential-company.de
24.05.2019
22.08.2019
expires in 80 days potential-company.de - 1 entry
Result: Your www version doesn’t work:
| Domainname | Http-Status | redirect | Sec. | G |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| • http://potential-company.de/ | ||||
| 194.6.226.248 | 301 | https://potential-company.de/ | 0.037 | A |
| • http://www.potential-company.de/ | ||||
| 194.6.226.248 | 301 | https://potential-company.de/ | 0.037 | E |
| • https://www.potential-company.de/ | ||||
| 194.6.226.248 | 301 | https://potential-company.de/ | 0.216 | N |
| Certificate error: RemoteCertificateNameMismatch | ||||
| • https://potential-company.de/ | ||||
| 194.6.226.248 | 200 | 0.627 | B | |
But checking a file in /.well-known/acme-challenge that works.
So create one certificate with both domain names - non-www and www. Then use that certificate.
