Thank you for your reply but this is exactly what sounds totally complex to me.
By the way, I wrote my website with Wordpress if it helps.
When you started your thread in the Help category, you were presented with a series of questions, which are repeated below. Please provide answers to as many of them as possible:

Port 443 is closed.
$ nmap -Pn -p80,443 ifagverlag.de
Starting Nmap 7.80 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2023-12-09 10:59 PST
Nmap scan report for ifagverlag.de (89.31.143.100)
Host is up (0.17s latency).
PORT STATE SERVICE
80/tcp open http
443/tcp closed https
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 0.80 seconds
And using this online tool https://check-host.net/ with https://ifagverlag.de
as the input yields these results Permanent link to this check report from all around the world saying "Connection refused".
That is not surprising. They do not yet have a public cert - well, one that hasn't expired years ago anyway
Which is why it doesn't seem surprising that the title is "Unsecure website"

This is really who you should be asking. From your answers, it appears you aren't managing your own server; they're hosting your web services for you. So you should be asking UD to set up HTTPS for your website; it's unlikely you're able to do it yourself.
Thank you you are right! Wish you nice christmas time.
Are you sure United Domains and/or IP Exchange are hosting your WordPress website? Because if I look at the websites of both companies, those two don't offer website hosting? UD offers domain registrations and IP Exchange offers server space et cetera for what looks like companies.
