Unable to renew the cert using certbot renew command

My domain is: emishosting.ppldev.uk

I ran this command:sudo certbot renew

It produced this output: Cert is due for renewal, auto-renewing...

Your DNS seems to be malfunctioning, please fix your DNS and try again.

Note that your Certbot version is rather ancient, please also update to a recent version.
