Can't renew the certificate

I ran this command:sudo certbot certificates

It produced this output: raise ConnectionError(e, request=request)
requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='r3.o.lencr.org', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7fe20fcfe2e0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution'))

The operating system my web server runs on is: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS

I can login to a root shell on my machine :yes

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):OpenSSL 1.1.1f 31 Mar 2020

I am unable to renew the letsencrypt certificate, when I run the renewal command or upon executing sudo certbot certificate command it gives an error as shared below

Error on running sudo certbot certificate command :

That seems improbable.

Please show the output of:
dig +short acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org

~$ dig +short acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

Then there is a DNS issue.

You should fix that first.
