Can you explain more about what problem you are having getting a Let's Encrypt certificate? Your title does not describe a certificate at all. Please also answer more of the questions in the form. At minimum, the full domain name. Answer the questions as best you can.

But, I think just from the title it sounds like you might find better assistance at the Synology forum.

They are better able to help when just starting to use their products.
