Unable to install Letsencrypt

I changed router and installed NextcloudPI (32 bit). I did open ports 80 and 443 on the router, I do have an account on no-ip. I already had an account on Letsencrypt on the old router and everything worked fine. I try to install Letsencrypt again through NextcouldPi and I have the following message:

To fix these errors, please make sure that your domain name was

entered correctly and the DNS A/AAAA record(s) for that domain

contain(s) the right IP address.

What should I do ? If possible, could you answer me in French

You should check your port forwardings. This smells of something else responding instead of ncp.

Also check that your IP address is the right one.

Hi @CignusXR1, and welcome to the LE community forum

You could have opened the topic in French.

Please don't use real domain names that you don't control.
I changed "abc" to "example" in your post.

Thanks 9peppe, I'll try that. Good day.
