Unable to install Letsencrypt

Hello,

I changed router and installed NextcloudPI (32 bit). I did open ports 80 and 443 on the router, I do have an account on no-ip. I already had an account on Letsencrypt on the old router and everything worked fine. I try to install Letsencrypt again through NextcouldPi and I have the following message:

You should check your port forwardings. This smells of something else responding instead of ncp.

Also check that your IP address is the right one.

Please don't use real domain names that you don't control.
I changed "abc" to "example" in your post.
