app.marvellousness.com has no http to https redirect and is serving an expired Let's Encrypt certificate.
How have you been acquiring your certificates? certbot, cPanel AutoSSL, something else?

Try reloading nginx as a start if you have permission:
sudo nginx -s reload
Have you been manually installing your certificates through cPanel? If so, I probably have a much easier solution for you.
I have been acquiring my certificates through the Siberian SAE version in which I make my app. My apologies, but I don't even get what I need to do to reload nginx. Through the Siberian application I click on the button that says "Request and upload to panel" under the referenece that says, "Request or renew the certificate via Let's Encrypt."
You need to repeat the Upload process you used the first time in order to push your updated certificate to cPanel. See the 'I have a hosting panel' help section.
