Unable to add SSL for my blogger custom domain

I ran this command: CAA records

It produced this output: working fine with CAA records

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Namecheap.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): i don’t know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

http works with a redirect http -> https.

But https is broken.

How do you install the certificate? Or is there a blocking firewall with a curious answer?

i don’t have much idea with this or i dont have much knowledge why it’s called as duplicate entries can someone fix it!! please… may be i think it was blacklisted on letsencrypt if you could please help me to whitelist for which i can use the https:// facility on my domain name… it will be very helpful.
Well i confirmed that it was not a problem from domain registrarer and they said it was a problem with your hosting provider so i use (Blogger) and as you all aslo their is so support for a blogger from yesterday i am facing this problem although it worked at first but i deleted that CAA record and added again and now it’s not working i mean https://

Please start with the basics.

Then read something about rate limits. Rate limits are no blacklisting.

Then you should ask there. There are a lot of independent clients which create Letsencrypt certificate. But every client has it's own rules.

So if such a client doesn't work -> ask that hoster of your blog.

So you mean to say i need to wait for 1 to 2 days for the limits to apply once again for ssl
