Too many redirects, please help!

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: leilaosm.com

I ran this command: sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool

It produced this output: Too many redirects on my website can’t even access the wordpress admin page.

My web server is (include version): AWS

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: GoDaddy

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): access through mac shell

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): Not sure

I’m brand spanking new to using AWS for a wordpress page and I was trying to get a SSL certification thought it was simple enough through bitnami configuration tool but led to my site to be inaccessible. Like I said new to all of this, so please be patient with me. Is there a way to reverse SSL? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @helpmeout

checking your domain you have a correct certificate - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=leilaosm.com

CN=www.leilaosm.com
	25.06.2020
	23.09.2020
expires in 90 days	leilaosm.com, www.leilaosm.com - 2 entries

And you have a loop:

Domainname Http-Status redirect Sec. G
http://leilaosm.com/ 184.73.40.143 302 https://leilaosm.com/ Html is minified: 100,00 % 0.226 A
http://www.leilaosm.com/ 184.73.40.143 302 https://www.leilaosm.com/ Html is minified: 100,00 % 0.223 A
https://leilaosm.com/ 184.73.40.143 301 https://www.leilaosm.com/ Html is minified: 100,00 % 3.913 B
https://www.leilaosm.com/ 184.73.40.143 301 https://leilaosm.com/ 3.703 B

So you know how to fix it.
