Too many new orders recently

Hi support ,
I will get below error usually :
slight_smile:get challenge err[acme: error code 429 “urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited”: Error creating new order :: too many new orders recently: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/

As I confirm with "https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/ " , the limit should 300 new order in 3 hours.

Does Let’s Encrypt have provide how many new order by account currently information ?
Because we should not hit the limit .

No, presently you will have to keep track of this on the client side.

Can you share your ACME account ID, or the IP address you run your ACME client from? I can check the logs to confirm that your ACME client is creating too many orders.

The ACME account ID is 25744762.

I don’t see any issuance activity within the past 14 days. Please feel free to try issuing again. If you receive the same error, please double-check your account ID, or provide your IP address. Thanks!
